Joseph King is News's Director and Assistant Sports Director.  King joined the KOXE family in April of 2001, working in the Sports Department as a Board Operator.  In July of 2001, King made the move full time into the News Department and can be seen all over Central Texas covering a variety of events.

"I enjoy the challenge and the sense of accomplishment in producing news stories that capture a true sense of what Central Texas is about," says King.

King is a Practical Theology Major at Howard Payne University and plans to graduate in December of 2002.  Joseph King also co-hosts the Texas High School Football Scoreboard Show, which can be heard every Friday night after the Brownwood Lions' Broadcast.
