Comanche Police Make Three Arrests

The Comanche, Texas Police Department provided the following press release concerning arrests made Thursday.
On July 23, Officers with the Comanche Police Department and the 220th Judicial District Attorney’s Office executed a search warrant at 802 West Oak in Comanche, Texas. The following persons were arrested:

Abdon Aguinaga was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, With Intent to Distribute, to wit: Methamphetamine, more than 4 grams, but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony. This offense is punishable by confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a period of not less than five (5) years, nor more than 99 years or Life. Including a fine up to $10,000.00.

Katherine Durand Lewis was arrested for an Indictment from the 35th Judicial District (Brown County, Texas) for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, to wit: Distribution of Methamphetamine, a first-degree felony. This offense is punishable by confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a period of not less than fifteen (15) years, nor more than 99 years or Life. Including a fine up to $10,000.00.
Amanda Holdridge arrested for Comanche County Warrants and the City of Comanche Municipal Warrants.

Paraphernalia for the Use and Distribution of Methamphetamine were seized, pursuant to the search warrant.
This is an on-going investigation concerning the distribution of methamphetamine impacting the City of Comanche, and elsewhere.
