Cynthia Ann “Cindy ” Harrell, age 56, died Tuesday, October 13, 2020.  She grew up in Kermit and graduated from Early High School.  She attended Angelo State University and graduated from the Austin Police Academy.  Her career was in law enforcement, and she attained the rank of Senior Corporal with the Mabank Police Department.

Cindy was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Ceceilia Kay in 1969.

A beautiful, creative person, she was beloved by her family.

Cindy is survived by her parents, Jeff and Daneilia Harrell, sisters, Christy Doyal and Kaye Tharp, nieces and nephews, Jenna Dean, Preslee Kulp, Garrett Doyal, Kelly Darnell, Raleigh Darnell. Ryan Tharp, Michell and Kelcy Tharp and Julia Sullivan; cousin, Lara Barbiaux and their children, and an uncle, Ray Darnell and wife Jean.

A family service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
