Brown County Commissioners to Meet Tuesday Morning

The Brown County Commissioners Court will meet Tuesday morning, at 9:00 am, in the county courthouse.  The agenda is below.

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order
2. Prayer- Pastor Emmanuel Jimenez
3. Citizen Comments (All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on August 12, 2019. Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately.)
4. Consideration and approval of the minutes from the January 4th, 2021
5. Consideration and approval of any Treasurer’s/ Auditor’s Report.
6. Consideration and approval of payment of any bills needed.

7. Consideration and approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:

A. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban; (Spon CJ)
B. Lisa Dick, Administrator- Brownwood-Brown County Health Department- Update on COVIDI 9 response and County health initiatives. (Spon Pct. 2)
C. Dave Olhauson, Director of Brown County Cen-Tex Rural Rail Transport District- Consideration and possible approval of action regarding re-appointment to position for two year term. (Spon CJ)
D. Judy Brownlee, Child Welfare Board- Consideration and possible approval of action regarding proposal of a new member and seeking of additional funds for the budget year. (Spon CJ)
E. Shelly Guerrero, Globe Life Liberty National Division- Consideration and possible approval of action regarding life and supplemental insurance benefits for county employees. (Spon CJ)
F. Christine Pentecost, Tax Assessor- Consideration and possible approval of action employee changes. (Spon CJ)
