Daily Update:
On January 21, 2021, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 32 positive COVID-19 test results, 4 negative, 40 recoveries, and 1 death. Of the 32 positives, 3 were PCR, and 29 were antigen. There are currently 23 hospitalized in Brown County and 516 active cases. The death reported was a female in her 60’s, not a resident of a nursing facility.

COVID-19 Vaccinations:
Brown County currently shows 960 people vaccinated with 1st doses , 236 people vaccinated with both doses.  31,586 is the estimated for vaccination.

Upcoming Free Mobile COVID-19 Test Dates: 
Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) COVID-19 mobile testing team will continue January 18th-22nd in Brownwood from 10 am to 4 pm at Gordon Wood Stadium located at 3206 Milam Drive.
