Brown and neighboring counties woke up to dense fog Sunday morning with visibility less than a quarter mile but stormy weather is more likely by the end of the day.  According to KOXE meteorologist Randy Turner:

“Forecast guidance indicates a low pressure area from the west will move across our area this evening and tonight, increasing our chance for thunderstorms.  A few of these storms between 9:00 pm Sunday and 3:00 am Monday may produce strong wind, hail and lightning.  The storms should be well east of the Brownwood area before sunrise Monday.”
