Ocie Carleton Draper, 85, formerly of Baird, Texas passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the Silver Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center in Abilene, Texas.

Graveside services will be on Friday, September 24 at 2:00 PM at the Cottonwood Cemetery in Cottonwood, Texas.

The funeral home will be open Monday – Thursday from 9:00 – 5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 – Noon to pay respects and sign the Memorial book or online condolences for the family are welcomed at https://www.higginbothamfuneralhomecrossplains.com
