Four Sentenced in District Court

According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Christopher Bradley Rose pled guilty to the two separate felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Fifty (50) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Judyth Elizondo pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Against Public Servant and was sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Kenneth Ray Anderson pled guilty to the felony Assault Family Violence Occlusion and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Breanna Lynn Spencer pled guilty to the offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Spencer, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Eighteen (18) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
