Renee was born August 18, 1967 in Brownwood, Texas to Wayne Milton & Mary Francis (Allen) Teague.  Renee attended school in Rising Star and has lived in the area all her life.  Curtis Hunter and Renee married and combined two families into one that blessed both of them very much.  Renee worked as a CNA and enjoyed taking care of people.  She loved caring for others.  Her kid’s friends were treated as her kids were, same for the grandchildren, if you were close to her people, then you were her people too and she stood behind them all.  Renee was very supportive in all the endeavors the children undertook.  She offered everyone a shoulder to cry on, support and a hot meal.  Renee loved the outdoors, deer hunting, fishing and loved to spend time with her husband and sons in a deer blind.  She was always excited when a deer or a crop of catfish was brought home and she would help with the harvest.  Renee loved her animals, but especially her Great Dane, “Titan”.  He was like another big baby to her.

Renee is survived by her husband, Curtis Hunter of May; daughter, Shelby Dailey of May; sons, David Harrell and wife Corinne of Bettendorf, IA, Cody Harrell and wife Victoria of May, Samuel Hunter of May and Luke Hunter of May; her mother, Mary Francis Teague of Rising Star; sisters, Inell Brown of Rising Star and Nelda Breault of Brownwood; brother Dewayne Teague and wife Pansy of May; grandchildren, Justice Harrell, Brylee Harrell, Corbin Harrell, Paisley Harrell, Audrey Self, Caeson Simpson, Conner Simpson, Elizabeth Driskill and Blakely Hunter; and many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.

Renee was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Milton Teague and a sister, Rhonda Alece Teague.
