The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• John David Davis pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Prior Convictions and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Christina Gabriele Daniel pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Joshua Marshawn Sullivan pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Bryan Turner, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Turner, on probation of the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Matthew Dylan Power, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and Assault Against a Pregnant Woman, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Hugo Pascual Villarreal, on probation for the felony offense of Deadly Conduct-Discharging a Firearm, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Cody Walker Lemmons, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Dristin James Lunsford aka Dristin James Lunceford, on probation of the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Edward Baldwin, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Roberta Sharlene Hyles, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
