
According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the May 2025 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 40 true bills were returned against 36 persons.
Those indicted were:
- Mackey Doug Elliott: Driving while intoxicated with child passenger
- Jason Walter Goains: Aggravated assault against a public servant with a deadly weapon
- Joshua Ryan Daniell: Possession of a controlled substance
- Alton Dale Williams: Felon in possession of a firearm; Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – deadly weapon, repeat offender
- Faustino Ray Ortega: Possession of a controlled substance PG3, repeat offender
- Isaac Mendoza Jr.: Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more
- Nicholas Ray Delgado Jr: Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more
- Lauren Vannoy: Ct. I-II: Driving while intoxicated with child passenger
- Willie Eugene Holmes: Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more
- Joaquin Pesina aka Joaquin Pesina II: Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more, repeat offender
- Roel Palacios: Driving while intoxicated with child passenger, state jail felony enhancement; Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, habitual offender
- Seth Thomas Sheffler: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- Rocky Hasty: Possession of a controlled substance
- Ana Aviles: Possession of a controlled substance
- Shaelee Thacker: Possession of a controlled substance
- Jimmy Glen Walls: Possession of a controlled substance, habitual offender
- Albert Salazar: Possession of a controlled substance
- Chassy Parnell: Possession of a controlled substance
- Trenton Joseph Peach: Possession of a controlled substance
- Christopher Edwards: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- Luis Antonio Fernandez: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
- John Raymond Williams: Possession of a controlled substance -drug free zone, repeat offender
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
