Derrick has been at Brownwood News/KOXE since July of 2020. He is the editor of Brownwood News, Morning Show cohost, and is the reigning and defending Pick ‘Em Show champ. Derrick also helps out as a video producer and is the Host of the Brownwood Lions Coach’s Show.

During football season he keeps stats, takes photos, shoots videos, and writes game stories and previews for the Brownwood Lions and other teams in the Brownwood News coverage area.

When Derrick is not at the radio station he enjoys sleeping, eating, sleeping, video games, and watching Texas Longhorn sports.
