The county commissioners worked through a light agenda this morning. The court took no action regarding a burn ban, which means there is still no burn ban in Brown County; approved an employee change in the district clerk’s office and approved an application to install a private line on County Road 129.

The court also continued to work through next year’s budget. The court will meet this Thursday at 10:30 a.m. to consider the proposed tax rate for next year and to set dates for public hearings regarding the tax rate and budget.
