Local man sentenced to 25 years for aggravated robbery

District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding. The following were sentenced:

Colton Ridgeway pled guilty to the felony offense of aggravated robbery and was sentenced to 25 years.

Tommy Wesley Wade, on probation for the felony offense of cruelty to animals was revoked and sentenced to seven years.

Nico Villareal, on probation for the felony offense of driving while intoxicated was revoked and sentenced to seven years.

Angela Marie Phillips-Lovett pled guilty to two separate felony offense of possession of a controlled substance-drug free zone was sentenced to five years.

Chason Lee Frnaklin pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to five years.

Joey Wesley Egger pled guilty to the felony offense of driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to five years.

Dakota Michael Cross, on probation for the felony offense of burglary of habitation was revoked and sentenced to five years.

Alicia Crystal Larrera, on probation for the felony offense of burglary of a habitation was adjudicated and sentenced to four years.

Malcolm Wells pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of marijuana and was sentenced to three years.

Verelda Suzanne Evans, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months.

Christina Davis, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months.
