District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis. Those sentenced were:
Mark Edward Oden pled no contest to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 30 years.
Billy Don Vinson pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance wand was sentenced to 12 years.
Dustin Galloway pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 18 years.
Justin Florence pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 15 years.
Charles Mitchell Nash pled not guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was found guilty by a Brown County jury and was sentenced to 15 years.
Roberto Martinez Sanchez, on probation for the felony offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was adjudicated and sentenced to eight years.
Kendall Theis pled guilty to the felony offense of assault family violence occlusion (prior conviction) was sentenced to eight years.
Leah Yabut, on probation for two separate felony offenses of possession of a controlled substance-drug free zone was revoked and sentenced to eight years.
Tony Lee Jones pled not guilty to the felony offenses of indecency with a child and was sentenced to seven years.
Tony Scott Earp pled guilty to the felony offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to five years. Further, Earp pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of burglary of a building was sentenced to two years.
Jerry Charles Laney Jr. pled guilty to the felony offenses of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to five years.
Chester Noland Williams Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of retaliation and was sentenced to four years.
Dale Cantrell, on probation for the felony of offense of driving while intoxicated was revoked and sentenced to four years.
James Ross Migliavacca pled guilty to the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance-drug free zone and was sentenced to three years.
Christopher Rose pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance-drug free zone and was sentenced to three years. Further, Rose, on probation for the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance-drug free zone and was adjudicated and sentenced to three years.
Joseph James Williams on probation for the state jail felony offense of unauthorized use of a vehicle was adjudicated and sentenced to 22 months.
David Michael Jakobeit, on probation for the state felony offense of unauthorized use of a vehicle, was revoked and sentenced to 18 months.
Nicholas Johnson Jr. pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of theft of firearm and was sentenced to 15 months. Further, Johnson, on probation for the state jail felony offense of unauthorized use of a vehicle was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months.
Cody Ledlow, on probation for the felony offense of possession of marijuana was revoked and sentenced to 15 months.
Rebekah Kennedy on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months.
Charles Leonard Sallee, on probation for the state jail felony offense of engaging in organized criminal activity, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months.
