Early Police Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 400 block of Early Blvd. The driver was acting very nervous. Officers talked to the driver for a few moments. After a moment, they ask the driver if he had marijuana due to the watery and puffy eyes and nervousness. The driver admitted that he had marijuana and surrendered the marijuana to the officers. Officers searched the vehicle and found more paraphernalia in the vehicle. The driver, Isaiah E Kellems was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Early Blvd for a traffic violation. While talking to the officers, the driver became very emotional at which time the officer asked him if he had warrants. The driver said no and the officer asked if had any drugs, which the drive replied yes. Andrew Robert Watkins surrendered marijuana and paraphernalia from the vehicle and his pockets. The passenger, Danyel Alexis Wallace admitted to both having just smoked marijuana. Both were arrested and taken to the Brown County Jail for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

02/25 Suspicious – complainant receiving calls from someone in his contact list but caller is not that person in his list – victim of spoofing – options given.
Civil matter – caller wants to retrieve clothes from home but has protective order against him – female stated she will take clothes to parents house for him to retrieve.
Early High School youth basketball game – some fans out of control – officer stood by for short time – male and female escorted out
300 Early Blvd – shoplifter yelling at store owner – juvenile released to mother
200 Blk Wills Way – reckless driver – vehicle gone on officer’s arrival
200 Blk Cresent Dr – medical emergency – Lifeguard transport
