District Attorney Micheal Murray said that during the April session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 44 true bills were returned against 40 individuals. The district attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the grand jury proceedings have been processed through the district clerk and a file marked “copy” of the grand jury report has been returned. The district attorney’s office does not release names of defendants who have been indicted by a grand jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a grand jury will not be released by the district attorney’s office at this time. Those indicted were:
• Jessica Perez – possession of a controlled substance
• Secure Cubic Robertson – prohibited substance in correctional facility
• Kolton Glynn Reeves – possession of a controlled substance
• John David Ortiz – possession of a controlled substance, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence
• Christopher Alexander Nunez – possession of a controlled substance
• Micheal Lee Rawls – possession of a controlled substance
• Michael Anthony Wright – possession of a controlled substance, state jail felony enhancement
• Deanne Michelle Green – Driving while intoxicated
• Jason Berna Garms – theft of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence
• Mary Evelyn Williams – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
• Bulafae Jennifer Hollis – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
• Adam Wayne Funderburg – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver-repeat offender
• Preston Dillon Browne – possession of a controlled substance
• Juan Gonzales Robles Jr. – possession of a controlled substance, drug-free zone, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence-repeat offender
• Cody Cole Bomer – tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance
• Steven Chad Taggart – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence
• Heidi Ann Youngers – possession of a controlled substance
• Joshua James Stovall – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
• Cristian Guadalupe Arredondo – tampering with or fabricating physical evidence
• Robert Gray Hallum – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
• Porfirio Gonzales JR AKA Porfirio Gonzalez Jr. – driving while intoxicated repeat/habitual offender
• Juan Jose Castillo Jr. – possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone
• Kevin Daniel Salazar – assault family violence – enhanced
• Abel Ray Perez – assault family violence – enhanced – repeat offender
• Stephen Howard Finch – assault family violence – occlusion
• Delia Denise Perez – assault against a public servant
• Felipe Antonio Ortiz – tampering with or fabricating physical evidence
