Twenty-six indicted by Brown County Grand Jury

District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that 30 true bills were returned against 26 people during the July session of the grand jury. The district attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the grand jury proceedings have been processed through the district clerk and a file marked copy of the grand jury report has been returned. Those indicted were:

John Michael Salazar – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Juan Francisco Chacon Jr. – Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Michael Wayne Johnson – Threat – Aggregate – Against Elderly Individual

Jacob Paul Keith – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Cody Ray Jester – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Christopher Victor Romero – Indecency with a Child

Andrew Glick – Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information

Jessica Ann Perkins – Burglary of a Habitation, repeat/habitual offender and Forgery Against an Elderly Individual, Repeat/Habitual Offender

Jordan Lee Dean – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Jaime Arredondo – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone

Jennifer Lynn Hallmark – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Louis Nunez – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Allyah Lacharne Potts, Zeavyn Gaines-Franklin, Lapauldria Jackson, Jonathan Hicks and Kirt Anderson – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
