A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a vehicle in the 4700 block of Lakeshore Drive in Harbor Point after witnessing the drive run a stop sign. The driver, identified as Lewis Marshall was arrested for Class “A” possession of a prohibited weapon after a consent search found Marshall to be in possession of brass knuckles.

In another incident, a deputy was dispatched to Sportsman Dr. regarding a burglary in progress. The deputy contacted Terry Current, who was immediately arrested for a warrant out of Taylor County. Current was also give a criminal trespass warning for the address-a request of the homeowner.

In other incidents:

• A deputy was dispatched to FM 586 in reference to criminal mischief. The complainant stated another male had slashed tire on a go-kart. The damage was estimated at $300.
