Marijuana, DWI arrests and peacocks handled by deputies

A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy performed a traffic stop on Hwy 183 S for improper signaling. The driver, identified as Tristan Bell and passenger, identified as Macie Paige were arrested for possession of marijuana after a probable cause search led to the discovery of 1.4 grams.

A deputy responded to 3200 Windjammer for an agency assist with Texas Parks and Wildlife. Jennifer Colvin was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a passenger under 15.

A Deputy responded to CR 607 regarding a civil standby. While on the scene, it was discovered Richard Wolfe was in violation of a protective order and was subsequently arrested.

In other incidents:
• A man claimed he was assaulted at the 10 mile in McCullough County. The man said he did not know who assaulted him.
• A vehicle stolen from San Angelo was abandoned in the area of the Howard Payne University Tennis Courts.
• A man claimed his ex-wife entered his home and “destroyed” the home on CR 551.
• Four peacocks were dumped on the side of the road.
• A home was burglarized on CR 133.
