Early Police Log

The following is a list of calls responded to by the Early Police Department between September 20 and September 24.

Reckless Driver – Bluebonnet/Longhorn – white vehicle driving fast – officer unable to locate the vehicle

Animal Complaint – found dog – owner located

Wanted Person – Directive served on juvenile, arrested at EPD for sexual assault following an investigation conducted in March with a 14 year old victim

Theft – subject went into store, put on a pair of boots and ran out with his girlfriend. Clerk obtained license number to vehicle and description. Vehicle was later located at residence in Brownwood. Upon approaching, male suspect fled on foot. Brownwood PD officers caught the suspect and detained him. Suspect, identified as Justice Hall, who still had on the stolen boots, was placed under arrest for theft and evading. Investigation to continue for possible charges against the female.

Accident – N Hwy 183 / Old Comanche Road – no accident. Car stopped in middle of road to remove cat from under car

Theft – 900 Blk Early Blvd

Disturbance – 800 Blk Early Blvd – report taken. Suspect removed from building and left.

Reckless Driver – 600 Blk Early Blvd – vehicle swerving in lanes. Officer stopped the vehicle. Driver not impaired.

Accident – 100 Blk Trailer Drive – No Injuries, minor damage

Criminal Mischief – 100 Blk Early Blvd – someone broke callers back window – report taken

Alarm – 130 Sudderth Dr – manager responded, back door was left open and triggered the alarm

Alarm – 500 Blk Early blvd – alarm going off on vehicle in car lot. Unable to located owner-vehicle secure

Reckless Driver – 900 Blk Early Blvd – vehicle located, driver checked

Suspicious – 500 Blk Early Blvd – 4 subjects in car lot. Everything ok, looking at cars

Domestic – 600 Blk Lucas – caller receiving calls from abusive ex-husband, needing options

Reckless driver – 100 Blk Early Blvd – driver enroute to another city for medical emergency within the family.

Motorist Assist – Early Blvd/Hwy 183 N – Vehicle broke down. Owner already called wrecker.

100 Blk Allen Drive – Man yelling at trees. Ordered to quiet down.

Suspicious – 900 Early Blvd – Two juveniles in school yard damaging property – both took off running when officer arrived. Officer lost juveniles in the dark.

Animal Complaint – 1500 Blk Early Blvd – puppies found in roadway

130 Sudderth – juvenile problem – Small child outside with no parental supervision. Officers located parents asleep-report taken, CPS notified

Suspicious Call – 500 Blk lucas Dr – Officer located subject behind home, man working on A/C unit.

Alarm Call – 300 Blk Early Blvd – building secure

 

Medical Emergency – EPD parking lot. Motorist stung by bee, pulled in having allergic reaction – Lifeguard transported

Loose Livestock – 100 Blk Sudderth Dr – Unable to locate when officer arrived

Accident – South Hwy 183/Early Blvd – Two vehicles – no injuries

Accident – 200 Block Early Blvd – vehicle hung up in support wire on utility pole

Suspicious – Agency assist with BCSO – Runaway call, subject possibly on train. Officers searched train.
