A deputy responded to 18462 US 183N in regards to a criminal mischief. Upon arriving on scene, the deputy met with a female. She stated that another female had knocked two windows out of residence that she was evicted from. The homeowner asked for trespass warnings to be issued.

 

A deputy, was dispatched to an address on CR 234 in reference to an assault. He arrived on scene and met with  a female who stated  had assaulted her. The woman was transported to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. The deputy followed up with Powell at the Emergency Room and a report was taken.

 

A deputy was dispatched to Belfast in regards to a male attempting to kick in the front door of a home. Upon the deputy’s arrival, he saw no one outside the residence. Further investigation showed no assault occurred and was settled by separation prior to my arrival.

 

Two deputies responded to a call about an assault that had already occurred. They were notified by  a man that two others had already left the scene. Contact was made with the two, although the female was not willing to cooperate.
