Brownwood ISD has instituted a new program to periodically recognize members of faculty and staff that go the extra mile to ensure excellence in education for all students. District officials said they are extremely proud of teachers and support personnel, and it is a pleasure to recognize members of the team for the jobs they do. It is important to note that these Spotlight recipients are chosen from peer nominations.

To be nominated by one’s co-workers is the highest of compliments, because those closest to you can see what is truly being done to positively impact students. Congratulations to Angie Bertrand and Tommy Parson, the January Spotlight honorees.
