MEDICAL/DENTAL
The Hendrick Medical Plaza at 2371 Crockett.
Scheduled opening is in the Spring of 2019.
Aspen Dental at 507 West Commerce (former Pizza Hut location).
COMMERCIAL/MANUFACTURING
The new Nelson Wholesale state-of-the-art warehouse at 2500 US 377 South continues to progress with most of the outer shell now being complete.
The 15-acre Jones Logistics Pipe Yard on FM 45 being leased by the BMDD has begun to receive pipe for an LNG pipeline from the Permian Basin to Mont Belvieu, Texas.
The former KJD Enterprises manufacturing facility on Virgil Gray Drive in the Light Industrial Park is undergoing a 7,500 sq. ft. expansion and will become home to Sawyer Industries.
RETAIL/DINING

Site preparation continues at the Shoppes at Pecan Bayou which is the 18,000 sq. ft. retail center behind the Cotton Patch Cafe and McAlister’s. Concrete is being poured in this photo for a new retaining wall along Pecan Bayou.
