Graveside services for Richard T. Mills, 82, of Austin, will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Harris Cemetery in San Saba. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Richard Mills.
