L.T. Owen, 89, of Rising Star, passed away August 27, 2018 in Rising Star. Graveside services will be August 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the Rising Star Cemetery with Terry Simmons officiating. The family will have a time of visitation August 29 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Higginbotham Funeral Home in Cross Plains.
