Ritha Keeney, 66, of Coleman, Texas, passed from this life on Wednesday, November 26, 2010 at the Coleman County Medical Center in Coleman.

Services will be December 4 at 1 p.m. at the Santa Anna Cemetery Pavilion with the Reverend Paul Judd officiating. Burial will follow with services under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman. Visitation is December 3 from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was born Ritha Mae White February 5, 1952 in Coleman to James Curtis and Helen Marie Dean White. Rita was raised in Coleman and graduated from Coleman High School in 1970. She married Donald Kenney June 26, 1970. They celebrated 48 years of marriage. Ritha was a lifetime resident of Coleman and a member of the Baptist Church. She loved working crossword puzzles and worked for Dry Manufacturing and in housekeeping at the Coleman County Medical Center.

Brothers – James White of Gatesville and Rickey White of Coahoma

Three grandchildren – Shayna Metcalf, Tanner Kenney and Logan Kenney
