William Hulgan, 68, of San Saba, Texas went to his eternal home December 3, 2018. Funeral services will be December 11 at 9 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Lampasas with Reverend John Allsbrooks officiating. Burial will follow at the Central Texas Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of San Saba.
