The Early Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to a “come and go” reception to welcome Kandice Harris, new membership director. The event will be January 14 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on the second floor balcony of the Mabee University Center on the campus of Howard Payne University, located at 1219 Fisk. Harris, a Brownwood High School graduate who has spent the last several years in the Houston area, said she is excited to be back to work in the community.
