- Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign FY20 Senior Nutrition Contract for Congregate and Home Delivered Meals with Health and Human Services Commission and also Area Agency on Aging of the West Central Texas Council of Governments. Authorize the City Manager to sign any subsequent addendums, amendments and acceptance of additional funds during the term of the agreement.
