The Texas Workforce Commission presented a check Thursday afternoon at the Brownwood Texas State Technical College Campus.

The $78,771 check is a Skills Development Fund Grant awarded to TSTC and 3M-Brownwood to provide custom training to 35 employees at 3M Brownwood, training at both TSTC and the Brownwood 3M Plant.  Employees will receive training in electrical safety and craft skills.
