The following calls were answered by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department and reported on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.

On April 23, 2019, at about 10:13 hours, a Deputy arrived at the Brownwood Law Enforcement Center in regards to theft.  The Deputy spoke to a woman who stated she had lost her Smith & Wesson 38 Special revolver.

On Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at approximately 14:34, Brown County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to Highway 279 in Brownwood in reference to assault-family violence.  The male suspect was arrested on site.

On April 23, 2019, at approximately 22:28, a Deputy was dispatched to North Highway 279 in regards to an unwanted person.  Further investigation indicated an altercation had occurred between an ex-girlfriend and ex-boyfriend.  A man was ultimately arrested for Assault Family Violence, MA.
