During their meeting Monday morning, April 29, 2019 Brown County Commissioners gave approval (5-0 vote) of an InterLocal Agreement to house inmates from San Saba County in the Brown County Law Enforcement Center.  The rate charged San Saba County for each inmate is $45 per day.  Any medical expenses incurred will be paid for by San Saba County.

In his Jail Report to Commissioners, Sheriff Vance Hill reported 143 in jail with 12 of those being inmates on contract from other counties.
