The Early City Council will hold a Special Called Meeting at 12 noon on Friday, May 3^rd.

They will recess for lunch at noon then get to business at 12:30.

Under matters of New Business.

1. Review and consider approval of the updated Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan and adopt an Ordinance approving the plan.
2. Consider awarding bid proposals for the sale of hay bales from wastewater treatment property

Executive Session to discuss Economic Development.  The Council will reconvene into Open Session and consider action, if any, on items discussed in Executive Session.
