The following calls for service were answered by the Brownwood Police Department.
On May 9, 2019, at approximately 1904 hours, a Brownwood Police Officer was dispatched to a south Brownwood residence, 1900 block of Austin Avenue, in reference to Burglary of a Vehicle. During the call, evidence was obtained of the suspects via video surveillance cameras. An active report was generated.
On Thursday, May 9, 2019, at 0957 hours, an Officer and Corporal were dispatched to a north Brownwood business in the 600 block of FM 3254 regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, an investigation and an arrest was made.
On Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at approximately 1656 hours, an Officer was dispatched to a south Brownwood residence in the 500 block of 7th Street regarding a harassment call. Upon arrival, an investigation and a report were completed.
On May 4, 2019 Brownwood Police Department was dispatched to the 300 block of Center Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. Officers spoke with victim/complainant, witness and suspect. A report was generated for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Member, Class A Misdemeanor.
