According to the City of Brownwood, the reception scheduled for 5:00 pm Tuesday, May 14, for outgoing City of Brownwood Councilman, Jerry DeHay, will be rescheduled at a later date.  The City Council meeting will take place, as scheduled, at 6:00 pm.  Please note the time change to 6:00 pm, instead of 9:00 am, Tuesday.
