In their meeting Tuesday morning, May 28, 2019, the Brownwood City Council approved a Resolution which denies the Oncor Electric Delivery Company’s Application for approval of a distribution cost recovery factor to increase distribution rates within the City.  According to City Attorney, Pat Chesser, Oncor filed the application on April 8.  Other cities have also denied the request to give more time to look into the Oncor request.
