A suspicious vehicle resulted in a traffic stop which resulted in the arrest of two people by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.

On July 22, 2019, at approximately 17:27 hours, a Corporal with Brown County S.O. made a suspicious stop on a 2008 Toyota Matrix in the 100 block of West Commerce.  There the officer contacted a man and woman, both subsequently arrested.  The man had an outstanding warrant while the woman was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1<1 gram.  Both were taken to the Brown County Jail and released to jail staff.
