Billy Lee Hobbs passed away Monday, Sept. 16, 2019 at a nursing home in Amarillo.

In Mills County,  he was Veterans Affairs Administrator. He was elected as Mills County Commissioner and was pastor of Pompey Mountain Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29 at Pompey Mountain Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Mullin Cemetery. Arrangements by Davis-Morris Funeral Home.
