The following calls for service were answered by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department and included on the Thursday report issued by the Sheriff’s Department.

On Monday, September 23, a Lieutenant spoke with a woman in regards to theft of a tablet.  A report was taken from her.  While speaking to the woman, she informed the Lieutenant that her brother also had items missing from his house.  A report was taken from the man for theft.  Another man is being listed as a suspect in both cases.

On Tuesday, September 24, at 08:13 hours, a Deputy conducted a motorist assist.  The Deputy spoke with two men, one that took off running toward a wooded area.  After further investigation, the man had misdemeanor warrants from Early, Texas.  A report was taken.
