Brown County Commissioners on Monday morning gave approval to an Interlocal Agreement between Brown and Comal Counties to house Comal County inmates in the Brown County Jail.   New Braunfels is the county seat of Comal County.  Sheriff Vance Hill told Commissioners the rate is $45 per inmate per day.
