Brownwood Head Start will hold registration Tuesday, August 4, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Head Start Campus, 1015 FM 3254 (by Northwest).

Proof of Income (W-2, Tax Return, Child Support Payment Record, SSI or

TANF Letter), Proof of Residency (Utility bill), Birth Certificate, Shot Record

Social Security Card, Driver’s License, Insurance or Medicaid/Chip Card

*Foster Care Documents if applicable *IEP for Disability if applicable
