Earlier this week, the Firehouse Saints of North Lake Community Church in May, Texas were at it again, as they completed the second half of their Christmas wish list deliveries.
The group started the day at the Lake Brownwood Bridge VFD where we met up with Fire Chief Randy Feight. After presenting him with tokens of appreciation, and had a moment of prayer, they moved on to the Lake Brownwood Lake Patrol where they met new Chief Mark Davis and his team – Donald Batteas, Sam Morrell, & Joshua Holmes. Linda Lemond presented the team with a plaque that she made especially for Lake Patrol.
Next the group went to the Lake Brownwood Dam VFD where they met up with Chief Chris Weber and Shasta Lloyd. Our next stop was at the main Brownwood Fire Department where we met with Assistant Fire Chief Jody Horton and his team, then over Brownwood Fire Department #2, where we met with Ryan Harvey. The last stop was at the Bangs VFD where they met Chief Rick Preas.
“All of the departments that we visited today received the prayer bracelets made by Sendy Pulliam and the cross bookmarks and plaques that were made by Russell & Linda Lemond, along with our appreciation and prayers.”
