Today (Tuesday, June 6) is the final day of early voting for the Brownwood City Council Special Election for Ward 4.  Early voting hours will be 7:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Brown County Elections Office, 613 N. Fisk.

On Monday, 58 votes were cast which brings the grand total through Monday to 272 early votes cast.  The race is between Draco A. Miller and Jim Byars.

This is a citywide election, so any resident inside Brownwood city limits can vote, even though you may not live in Ward 4.

Election Day is this Saturday, June 10, when polls will be open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Brown County Elections Office.
