The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, March 1 held a ribbon cutting prior to the grand opening of Panda Express, located at 515 East Commerce. The new Panda Express offers all of Panda’s iconic dishes, including the world-famous The Original Orange Chicken, award-winning Honey Walnut Shrimp, and guest-favorite Broccoli Beef entrée.
