The Kiwanis Club of Brownwood will host the 10th Annual Kid Fish event at Early’s Town Center.

Scheduled for 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 7, this is an amazing event that gives children the chance to start a life long love for fishing and being outdoors. This event is open to youth 4-year-olds thru 16. Prizes will be awarded to top 3 weigh-ins in 4 age ranges (2-4 years old, 5-8 years old, 9-12 years old, and 13-16 years old) beginning at 11:30 a.m.

There is no fee to register. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Pre-registration is available at visitearlytexas.com and needs at noon Friday, June 6. The first 150 to register will receive free rod and reel and bait.

In case of a rain out, the event will be rescheduled for Saturday, June 14.
