Laura Y. Davis, age 35, of Austin, Texas passed away on July 7, 2025. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13 from 6 to 8 PM at Heartland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held July 14 at 10 AM in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park.

 

Laura Yvonne Davis was born June 19, 1990 in Brownwood, Texas to Ronald Wayne and Loraine Davis. She was very bright and graduated high school at the age of 16, as a strait A student. Laura had worked as a waitress and cook at a variety of places throughout the years. She had attended New Testament Holiness Church in Bangs. Laura enjoyed basketball, drama classes and camping on the beach.

 

Laura is survived by her brother, Matthew Davis; father, Ronnie Davis; uncle, Roger Davis; aunts, Sharon Yarbough and husband Darrell, Barbara Sparks and husband Eddie and Yvonne Reeves, in addition to many cousins and friends.

 

Laura was preceded in death by her mother, Loraine Davis, as well as both sets of grandparents, Leo and Hettie Davis and R.C. and Mary Mayfield.
