The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Richard Wayne Humphries pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Hunter Lane Shields aka Hunter Rogers-Shields pled guilty to the felony offense of Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
