Robert Eugene Manigold, 87 of Brownwood, Texas passed away January 4, 2026. He was born to Fay B Manigold and Ella Frances Barrett, May 5, 1938, in El Paso, Texas.

Robert was a gentle and kind person. He loved his wife and children with all his heart. He attended Texas A & M and was in the Corps. Robert was an executive for El Paso Natural Gas Company where he retired in 1996 after 35 years with the company. After retirement, he volunteered for the Veterans, as the van driver to take the veterans to appointments.

Bob enjoyed camping in the Gala Mountains of New Mexico. He also enjoyed reading and studying his Bible every morning and traveling with his children as they got older to many places.

Robert (Bob) is survived by his wife JoAnn of 68 years, a son Blaine Manigold, brothers Edward, Frank and John Manigold, sisters Patrisia Ann and Jessica Faye. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Celest Hurley and brothers Douglas and Walter Manigold.

Funeral Services will be at 3:00pm, January 31, 2026, at the Shiloh Bible Church, Richland Springs, Texas. Blaylock Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
