With the hard work of the city, county, and our BISD maintenance department, Brownwood ISD will reopen schools tomorrow, Thursday, January 29, on a two-hour delayed start. All campuses will begin two hours later than their normal start times.

Transportation

• Bus routes 6, 11, and 15 (Lake and Buck View routes) will use alternative pickup locations. Families on these routes should expect a call this evening with updated instructions.

• If you ride one of these buses and do not receive a call, please contact 325-643-5895 early Thursday morning for directions.

• All other bus routes will run as normal on the delayed schedule.

Meals & Schedule

• Breakfast will be served.

• School dismissal times will remain unchanged.

While conditions have improved, some slick spots may remain. Please use caution, especially in parking areas and on sidewalks.
